Eric Taylor

Eric began his real estate career in Gainesville, FL in 1997. His primary focus is on land acquisition & development, with a secondary focus on land & commercial brokerage. He excels in business development and brokerage by fostering relationships with sellers, potential investors, partners, and clients. Eric has been involved in the development of numerous residential communities, commercial office park projects, and was a co-developer/co-owner of a self-storage facility. 

Eric joined Concept Companies in 2013 as an Acquisitions Manager and was named Director of Real Estate in 2015. In his 11 years with Concept Companies, Eric was involved in completing over 175 NNN Lease retail projects, where he was responsible for site selection, coordination efforts of real estate brokers, land planners, engineers, and government agencies to begin the project life cycle. 

Eric joined 360 Realty Solutions in August of 2024 as the Managing Real Estate Broker. He’s a profit-oriented, business driver with 27 years of experience in site selection, real estate development, acquisitions, and program management across multiple asset classes. Eric is an experienced team builder skilled in financial analysis, due diligence, land planning, entitlements, capital placement, construction management, investor relations, and creative problem solving.

Eric has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Florida and has held a Florida Real Estate license since 1997. He is married to Katherine Taylor, and they have one daughter, Aliza. Eric also has a step-daughter (Blaike) and three children from a previous marriage (Lauren, Dylan, and Katie Grace). In his spare time, he enjoys being on the lake, jogging and exercising, and golfing.
