REALTOR®

Daryl Nason is a Realtor® for 360 Realty Solutions Inc., and serves as Director of Sales for Homes by AnnDavid, Inc. He is a husband to his best friend, Margie, for over 32 years and father to 4 children and two boxer pups he loves dearly. He enjoys sports, music, traveling and the beach. His family moved to from New Hampshire after the Blizzard of ’78 to Northern Citrus County, Florida where he attended middle and high school in Crystal River. Prior to real estate, he received his Associate’s degree from Valencia College in Orlando, attended the University of Alabama and was in the military. Daryl served as a combat medic and dental specialist in the U.S. Army Reserve from October 1992 with humanitarian missions in El Salvador and Honduras and was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant in January 2001.

Growing up in New Hampshire helping his family plant and maintain a 72-acre tree farm is where Daryl’s love of land and homeownership first took root. “There’s just no way to describe the respect and pride I developed for my parents watching and working alongside them … experiencing the joys and challenges that come with restoring an 1800’s Victorian home, taking care of animals and growing trees. It also taught me the tremendous joy and pride that come with homeownership.” He jokes that maybe helping to restore that old Victorian as a kid is why he loves new construction so much.

Daryl received his Florida real estate license in 1997 and for more than 20 years of that time span he has specialized in new home and developer sales with at least 5 years being custom home experience as well. His philosophy in helping customers is relationship and education driven and not sales or manipulation driven. It’s just good old-fashioned treat others as you would like to be treated and making a friend. “I don’t believe anyone truly ever wants to feel sold anything. My goal is to help customers long term by asking great questions and then help educate them on what their options are based on what best meets their expressed needs and goals. They should feel they sold themselves on their decision based on the confidence in the information and the honesty and transparency with which it’s provided. This is done by having ownership mentality in your approach to research and treating each customer as if they will be your future neighbor because they could be. Purchasing land and building a home is a huge accomplishment to be celebrated and we don’t take the approach to helping customers with this process lightly”.
